2024 Prize Giving

In May 2024, the Lake Taupo Yacht Club hosted a wonderful evening to celebrate the season's achievements. The event was a fantastic celebration of the 2023/2024 sailing season, including a delicious dinner catered by Constables Kitchen, with delicious dishes including roasted lamb and crème brûlée.

A challenging quiz added to the evening's excitement, where our teenage sailors impressively outperformed the older members, claiming the top prize. Well done to the teens!

We took the opportunity to honor and celebrate the accomplishments of the season, acknowledging the hard work and dedication of all our members. Special thanks go to everyone who attended the celebration, as well as those who couldn't make it.

Our gratitude extends to all the volunteers who contribute their time and effort to ensure the smooth operation of the club. Additionally, we appreciate those who worked behind the scenes to make the evening a success.

Congratulations to all the prize winners! And to those who didn't win, remember that each of you is an integral part of the club's success. Thank you for being part of the Lake Taupo Yacht Club community.
