Membership Registrations for the 2022-2023 Season are open now. Our Club welcomes new members.   

New members may join here.  

You must be a full member of Lake Taupo Yacht Club to participate in the Learn to Sail programme.

If you wish to join Lake Taupo Yacht Club midway through the season, members joining after 1 January each year may qualify for a reduced membership fee.  For details email membership@ltyc.org.nz. 

Existing members may renew their membership here.   Members who joined on a half year membership last season will need to complete a new membership as half year memberships are unable to be rolled over. 

The owner of trailer yachts and sports boats are responsible for making sure that all crew members are members of the club.

Membership Categories:

Junior membership                         Person <18 as at 1 August or  <23 as at 1 August if part of a family membership and studying full time.
Senior membership                         Person >18 as at 1 August.
Family Membership                         Two adults and Children <18 living at the same address, or children <23 years old at Full Time Tertiary Study.                Associate Members                        Members not actively involved in sailing
